Satisfied with customer service wrong order delivered
Got the wrong order. Contacted support team that initiated a ticket and resolved it by sending me the correct choice of coffees. I look forward to taste the coffee once I receive it but satisfied with the team handling this issue on the incorrect order delivered initially.

The holiday period and reduced staffing levels are not my responsibility. As a paying subscriber, I expect deliveries to occur on time. Your business has clear visibility of subscriber demand, and staffing levels should be adjusted accordingly to ensure continuity of service. That is the fundamental purpose of a subscription model. Advising that delays are acceptable due to the holiday period is unacceptable.

Good customer service
I wasn’t happy with the barista’s choice beans…although coffee beans were freshly roasted, smelled amazing but the espresso shots tasted too sour. When I voiced my concern over almost 2lbs of unused coffee, the customer service took action and replaced beans from roaster of my choice. Wow. I’m so touched to know that Beanz.com cares and they really want us to have excellent coffee experience. Now I can subscribe from them with confidence. Thanks again for your great customer support.

Received an order of beans, however packaging was open not sealed, requested a response from Beanz however after 2 emails nothing has even been resolved. Really disappointed that an Australian Company has NO Customer Service for resolving faulty packaging pr Quality Control on shipments.

Although I ordered dark roasted beans and received light-medium roasted ones, customer service responded very quickly and professionally. They handled the issue positively and offered a replacement, which I really appreciate.

One of my bags was ripped ooen. I think it was an accident caused by careless handly during shipping. I contacted Beanz Customer Servive, and they handled the replacement with the roaster. Love this company.

Couldn't be happier with the Beanz team, great coffee every time, fast and clear communication, my order got lost with royal mail and they replaced it, received it not even a week later. Even asked them to help me decide between two different beans, and asked for it to be a surprise, and they obliged my request. Thank you :))
Awful service
I received my initial complimentary coffee but never received my first order of my new subscription. No one ever reached out for a few weeks after I asked about it so I had to cancel. I was really looking forward to this coffee club but you failed me as soon as it started. Awful.
