I was a long term client until prices…

I was a long term client until prices began to rise.
I agreed a new monthly contract sum and eight months later my new contract sum was never applied therefore I cancelled the account.
I can’t get my overcharge sum returned. This was as basic agreed contract sum less what was taken by BDR on DD……
BDR are still yet to credit my account, BDR are incapable of getting the basic maths correct.
I since agreed a service at 30% of BDR charge

Phillip Fielding - the IT Wizard.

Phillip is an outstanding IT professional. He is consistently super helpful and always seems to have the right answer, no matter the issue. He is patient, friendly, and always able to assist whenever I need support. His responses are attentive and prompt, and he communicates clearly, making even technical issues easy to understand. A real pleasure to work with and a reliable go-to for IT help.

Creating new licenses

Took a long time to get actioned as cases kept on getting stuck with account managers rather than creating the new online exchange licenses. We asked for an updated list of the licenses that we now have to ensure all have been included but this still has not come through and I assume is stuck with the account manager

IT Support

We receive excellent support from BDR, particularly from Phillip Fielding. No matter how small or silly our queries may seem, he always responds quickly and takes the time to talk us through and provide solutions in what seems like no time at all.
He has also made the daunting task of setting up a large number of new email accounts feel easy and straightforward, guiding us through each step. It’s good to know we can rely on such friendly and supportive assistance.

Phil was extremely helpful

Phil was extremely helpful! We work with BDR on a day to day basis, but today we had a serious issue and needed urgent help. Phil made himself available immediately and helped us out straight away! We work in a fast paced environment so being up and running again within a short space of time was great!
