The worse banking system

The worse banking system! I’ve been a customer with you guys for the longest time. I am stuck outside the country and my debit card along with my bank book needs renewal. I called and asked them the procedure to get a new one and I was advised to give authority to my family (which I requested for my father) now it’s been more than 3 months that my money is stuck and there seems to be no solution despite doing all the formalities of those documents and I even paid a lot of money to get those documents legalised by the embassy in US. Until now I’ve been played, being told to call halo BCA several times. The lady is on leave and it will take a week. We waited and waited and now that my father is in the Gunung Sahari Branch they told him to tell me to Speak to some lady called Dini Galatasary. Upon calling they said it’s my father who is suppose to call. BULLSHIT!

BCA IS THE WORSE WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! YOU BOIL OUR BLOOD AND SUCK OUR MONEY. I’M SICK OF YOUR DRAMA AND THE WAY YOU PLAY WITH CUSTOMERS TIME!!!

I opened my back account 22 years ago and has been my trusted bank. Staffs are very helpful and they even have support branch in singapore.

I am an American and I sent money to an…

I am an American and I sent money to an indonesian family. They recently opened an account with BCA. It has been 15 days and the funds have not been released. First BCA issued a 16 digit reference number. Then they insisted that the family go in person. When they did, BCA said the transfer has to be processed at yhe head office. We have used Mandiri Bank smoothly. Money arrives in minutes. BCA is not very good. Please avoid

Today is 09 April 2025

Today is 09 April 2025 , I make a money transfer on 27 March 2025 meant for Hari Raya, why isn’t the money done transfer ? My Bank had already deducted my money . For God Sake please look into BCA system for Public Holiday ? At least needs to alert People of prolong Holiday 🤬🤬 really ridiculous to the extreme

Fraudulent case not investigated by BCA

Be careful for those who are victims of investment fraud where the criminal's account is at BCA, BCA will not process the investigation of the account until there is a letter to block the account issued by police, while the police themselves cannot issue such letter without a basis/grounds on blocking an account until they receive letter of result of criminal's account investigation from BCA's account investigation team addressed to the police. I experienced this case myself, all documents proving the fraudulent transaction have been submitted to the BCA branch office but it will be useless and not processed further by BCA.

BCA stole my whole salary during an…

BCA stole my whole salary during an international transfer. When I asked why is it taking 10 days to a transfer that usually took maximum 3 days they said it was the recieving banks fault. I asked that they reach out to the recieving bank they refused and insisted it was their fault. I followed up with the recieving bank they confirmed no payment was made by BCA. I asked BCA they said I must pay 150k for them to investigate.

I refused and decided to go back the next day when they told me they wavered the fee. No feedback on investigation was provided, money still has not cleared 13 days after sending it. The recieving bank informed me BCA sent my salary to chase bank ny. BCA claimed not to know why the transaction took so long and had the nerve to make me pay for an error they caused.

Terrible customer service department

Terrible customer service department; from my experience once the customer is given a request number, little is done to solve the request in as little as time possible. It requires continuous follow up from the customer through a paid number to complete the request, and do expect a lot of time being put on hold. In my case my cc needed to be replaced; the cards were send by courier to the wrong address, and even though BCA had my contact details on file (phone and email) I wasn't contacted. It required a call from me 2 weeks after the failed delivery attempt to find out what happened and to start the process of receiving the cards at the correct address. Total duration to receive the cards from the day the courier tried to deliver to the wrong address was one month. BCA bank was unwilling to forward my complaint to the senior management, it would be handled internally at the customer service department.

Bad Customer Service

BCA is one of the biggest banks in Indonesia and has a really bad customer service. Despite having many branches and ATMs, they don't have any other value to the customer. When you go to the bank to do anything regarding to your account, you will leave unhappy (whether it's related to the teller or the customer service).
