Just needed to share our experience, we purchased a Bose Wave SoundTouch system from BBStore in November 2016 and were delighted with the quality and sound. Recently we had problems with CDs, which would jump and skip, even new discs were affected. We spoke to Dan and explained the problem and he asked us to bring the system in for inspection. Dan advised he would send the system back to Bose for repair, he also said he would express his concerns to Bose that this system should not have developed this fault in little over two years, indeed he believed this system should have been troublefree for at least ten years and that we, the customers should not be charged for repairs! Imagine our delight when Dan telephoned a few days later to say that Bose were in total agreement and that our system would be repaired FOC. We have just collected our Bose following a super fast repair and now have a further twelve months guarantee! Well done Dan and well done Bose, a refreshing service where the customer has come first.

Quick and well packaged

I'm completely happy with my purchase of the Bose Soundlink Mini II. It was delivered quickly and was well packaged. Great deal included a free case. Would recommend!

I found the product I wanted cheaper here than anywhere else. I messed up my online booking over the weekend and duplicated my order. I left a voicemail explaining my error. First thing on Monday they called back and put everything right. Will buy there again.

Ordered the Bose companion 20 speakers as a gift for my husband and he was very impressed with the sound quality. The level of customer service was the best, staff that listen to your needs and prepared to go the extra mile. Also best price offered. Will be back when ready for my tv sound bar!
