After a couple of good deliveries, the last one went utterly bad, unfortunately. BBQuality alerted me very late that my delivery (meat ordered for a party the next evening) would not be possible because the transporter would not deliver in Belgium due to a holiday.

I could choose between a delivery the next day (too late for my party), or a cancellation.

I felt no further solutions were sought (express delivery, for example, which maybe could have been pooled for other clients in Belgium). The order was then cancelled, so I had no meat for a party of more than 10 people, on a bank holiday. Nice.

In the end no compensation or repair was offered for my inconvenience. It would have been a nice gesture.

BBQuality really failed my trust I had based on earlier experiences, but they failed me so hard that this was my last order with them.

Very fast delivery, huge variety and good quality products but bad customer support. I've ordered in the night then the next morning I tried to change my order but it was not possible as the products were already packed. I said that they didn't need to send my order and could deliver it (with my change) another day but no luck, they're not flexible and seem to not care about customer satisfaction.
