Have been trying for the past few weeks to get them to reply to emails and multiple phone calls as we haven't received the conversion kit ordered. Apparently our "business is important to them" on the voicemail but with only one short email saying that they were "short staffed and that the item was being sent" (a common theme by the look of previous reviews) three weeks ago doesn't cut it. We have asked for a tracking number, to get someone to call us back...any contact, but to no avail. It's looking more and more like a scam. Don't waste your money.

Took my money
I ordered a conversion kit 3 weeks ago and haven't got a shipping confirmation. Emailed them twice and no response, also called them and same no response. Stay away from this company

Took my money too. Ordered the conversion kit on June 10th. Checked in a few weeks later asking what the eta is. I was also told they are short staffed and will get to it soon. On July 14th I asked for the ordered to be canceled and refunded. Received and email within the hour showing it was canceled. Since then I have emailed them twice asking where the refund is and haven’t got a response. I ended up just ordering a kit from Amazon and had it here in 2 days and it’s already installed. Don’t waste your time and money with bbqfuelconversions. They take both and won’t return it.

They took my money. Buyer beware! My boys put their allowance together to buy their dad a new BBQ for Father’s Day. I thought PayPal was safe to use for the transaction, I found out the hard way. Not only did we lose $120, we had to return the grill. I had SO much hope that this being a product made here in the US that it was coming from hardworking reputable folks. Boy was I wrong! You can trust no one these days! 🇺🇸

I have a Weber Genesis S-330 and I moved and needed to convert my grill from Natural Gas to Liquid Propane and I checked and found bbqfuelconversions.com online. I was a little skeptical at first but I ordered anyway. I didn’t receive a shipment confirmation after 2 days but I called and eventually got someone and she said they are a little short staffed but I will get the confirmation as soon as they get to my order. I received the confirmation and package came a couple days after. I’m totally happy with the product. I got my bbq up and running again after 2 years in storage. It works great and I totally recommend using bbqfuelconversions.com for your bbq conversion kit.

Ordered a conversion kit for my grill 2 weeks ago and it has not been shipped to date. I have tried to contact them by email and phone numerous times and have not received a reply. They did not have any problem charging my credit card.

spending the time to talk it through on phone. it was not a huge profit for Jack, I am sure, but he didn't act like that -- really helpful.

Converted my Weber Genesis II E-310 from NG to LP and ordered their conversion kit. The directions were clear and concise and the conversion was relatively easy. I even ran into some issues with the flames not being high enough after the conversion and after doing some research on the internet, figured out I had tripped the bypass mechanism which is a safety feature. I reached out via the website chat and was quickly sent directions on how to clear out and reset the bypass. After a few tries, everything was back to working order. Happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Had converted my Weber Summit S-620 from LP to NG without issues.
The only problem was I could not remove 2 old nozzles and had to replace manifold as well, but that worked out even better in the end.

After searching far and wide for a Natural Gas to Propane conversion kit for my Weber Summit Grill, i almost gave up hope. I postponed the install for several weeks for fear it might be difficult. If you own the tools they recommend you need, and you have any mechanical inclination, than this will be the easiest install you have ever done.

Excellent products and services!! I converted my Weber from natural gas to propane. Was concerned because Weber does not recommend this but it was too costly to run a natural gas line at my new house. Their website clearly showed which conversion kit I needed. I received it in a few days. The instructions were excellent. I took my time to make sure I did the job right. Weber works great!! I could not have expected anything more.

Great experience. I did a lot of searching online for instructions on how to convert my Weber grill from natural gas to propane. My head was swimming and most of the instructions involved a lot of complicated steps (e.g., calculating orifice sizes and then drilling them out, etc.). Luckily I found BBQFuelConversions, who provided me with an easy, turnkey solution. Very much appreciated - clear instructions and the installation was easy. Highly recommend these guys!

A pretty great experience from the start:
1) Conversion kit for my Genesis grill arrives quickly.
2) My dog Nell opened the package and destroyed almost everything that was sent.
3) A very sweet exchange of emails outlined what was missing.
4) Turns out they are dog-lovers too (who knew?) and sent me the destroyed parts quickly (!) and without charge (!) which was such a really nice gesture and complete surprise (I did offer to pay).
5) Parts were fine, documentation was clear and conversion was accomplished quickly and easily.
