Customer service was great but unfortunately not the product I purchased
I received a defective product and they sent me a new one which I really appreciate! I had requested to just get a refund because I didn't want to mess with the defective item or get another one if it breaks again. I accepted the replacement since it's not really my choice. The replacement came fast and this one works but unfortunately the product is a flop and doesn't hit the right places for me so I just feel like I wasted $130. That's the risk you take sometimes. I gave 4 stars because they did replace the defective one.

Amazing company
Delivery is fast and discreet! Constantly lots of deals and free items! I've gone back to them for a third time recently. I've bought and received 7 products from them and only one item broke and it was after a few uses but Costumer service is fast and very helpful and I received a replacement quickly! Im excited to receive the 3 new products I've just purchased!

Not My Cup of Tea
Shipped great. Not my cup of tea. Requires a fair amount of lube. One time while using it, the silicone sleeve slipped out of the thruster. Cleaning it is fairly painless, although there are more pieces than I expected to remove and clean.
1) I wish the first speed setting started at a slower rate. 2) The “rotating” modes aren’t as diverse as I’d hoped; just adds four types of pauses between thrusts with second(s)-long intervals. 3) I also wish the rotating top covered more of my tip; it seems fairly shallow for me.
I think I prefer the Zolo Automatic BJ Masturbator (my last purchase) or similar devices. I might try the Blow by Bellesa instead.

Exceptional experience
Exceptional! Order was extremely well packaged obviously handled with care by this company. I ordered three items and they were all separately bagged and labeled. All very appealing too cute little pink bags! I ordered on a Friday night and when the delivery was actually processed on the next business day I was expecting about a week and a half before arrival- while it only ended up taking over the weekend and until like Wednesday morning! This company obviously cares about their customer and products! Will buy again. Shoutout to BrookeSharks for the coupon code of a free rose!
