When my toy was completely messed up they offered me a completely free one and had great customer service and support but then someone stole my package and I was a little frustrated but they help me out and just ended up helping me getting a new one I love that she cares about the customer and their experience her toys are also amazing!!!

If I could leave a negative review on the Rose Pro that I received I would. The item I received is HARD rubber and sounds like heavy machinery even at the lowest setting. Not at all what I was expecting! I hope others have received a rose that is truly a rose.

Gotten better.
I ordered a Thump last September and it broke about a week later. I tried to contact them to get it replaced, but nothing happened.
About a week ago, I gave it another shot. They responded within a couple days later and quickly handled it. (There were a couple delays, but they were my fault. I wasn't notified of the email, and the video is sent was improperly formatted.)
After verifying my address yesterday, I received a confirmation of the order today.
Their customer service is widely talked about in every ad you see from content creators, and this time I got to experience it for myself.
If you have the financial means to order from them, absolutely do. They Sponser many creators who struggle to maintain brans relationships because of the topics they discuss - political topics and social justice issues. They consistently support smaller creators and the products are very good quality.

Clamshell Case Does Not Charge
The product itself is wild good. the clamshell case is cute but not functional and leaves you with a product that won’t charge. I am going to purchase a 2 pin magnetic charger from amazon and see if i can get it to work.
I wish i had read reviews before purchasing because all it takes is two minutes of research to find the hundreds of reddit threads and one star reviews reporting the same thing.

Beware
Great service, speedy delivery. Just a VERY intense experience. If you're used to the lowest setting to make you happy, then this is way too powerful to the point that it was painful and not enjoyable. It sectioned on so strong and wouldn't release, even after shutting it off, that for a few seconds I thought I might actually have to go to the hospital. Definitely not suitable for anyone who just needs mild stimulation.

Fun new toy but there’s a design flaw.
The thumper part is nice but could use more kick/power. The vibe part is great and on the rumbly side. The quality might be an issue. As I opened the package and gently washed it in the sink I noticed the silicone detached between the base and the toy. The toy will be used with barriers so I’m not terribly worried but the quality might matter to others.

Cheap Product
The product that arrived was cheap; remote battery was dead on arrival, getting into the remote battery compartment was extremely difficult (design flaw) to the point I ended up damaging the back cover... leaving sharp edges.
Product did not deliver and left feeling disappointed. For the price point, and past experiences with this company, I expected better.
