Spectacular rip-off
Paid a lot of attention in the initial meeting, then spectacularly failed to remember or deliver against any of it. Made promises and agreements to work in a certain way, the procrastinated and prevaricated around them. Gave firm advice and opinion that was not reinforced when the application was rebutted by the Planning Department, and melted away into excuses of "well that can just happen".
During appeal, failed to construct the agreed arguments, for which we had to do most of the work in the end, and it became apparent that they are in NO WAY experts in planning rules, guidance or legislation!
