Dårlig kommunikation

We came at 01:00 at morning and The check in machine didn’t worked. We called the emergency number and the guy didn’t understand English and keep saying the same things to us. He is keep saying that we should pay so we can enter to the Hotel, and don’t understand that we couldn’t do that cuz the machine is not working !!!!
The security guy will not let us in to use the other machine inside and he is totally not care that we stand outside in 2 hours and keeping ask for help from the other people in the hotel but no one willing to help us.
