I ordered a Lightspeed Zulu 3 headset…
I ordered a Lightspeed Zulu 3 headset and received only ear and microphone pads, the headset was missing and the order appeared as delivered!! I immediately wrote to Customer Service and no replies after 2 days (I know may 1st and the weekend were in the middle); considering that more than 1000€ euro were paid, I was expecting at least a quick reply, at least at the end of the day. Phone number busy all day long, so no way of fast contact. Finally after being worried the whole day, I could contact their instagram shop that will communicate my issue to after sales. I am not sure if I will get a reply or when, but I was really hoping for a “great” service, fast reply and above all, given the price, to receive my headset. So the experience has not been good at all so far. Maybe a mistake in the warehouse a confusion? Who knows. Bayo please reply from a desperate customer.
