Bought a Rhino greenhouse supplied with two heavy triple vents and four Bayliss XL autovents to lift them. This model of autovent is a lightweight and cheap product with plastic parts, more suited to lifting a single lightweight vent with polycarbonate rather than a triple vent with heavy tempered glass, particularly in the current very high temperatures. Within a week two of the four autovents had failed in the plastic adjuster block. The choice of the XL model seems to be a cost saving choice by Rhino that misfired, something I believe they are addressing for future customers.

Bayliss were fantastic and resolved my problem by supplying four of the much heavier duty all-metal Bayliss Mk 7’s This model looks indestructible and is really well engineered. Amazing customer service from a company that cares about its customers and its reputation. Just a shame that Rhino couldn’t have owned the problem themselves and dealt with it.

Amazing customer service, wrote email with loads of questions on an old vent and they were fabulous! Instructed me on parts required to fix and sent instructions on how to fit. Prices were also good and delivery was quick.

I ordered two Louvre Vent Openers for my Rhino Greenhouse. Nothing on the website to say they won't fit a Rhino. On Arrival contacted Bayliss who confirmed they won't fit. They say they will amend the web site and they are about to supply a different model direct to Rhino. I'll have to post back the units for a refund at my expense, but to add insult to injury they won't supply me with the correct units. Good luck with selling a single unit at £45.00 from Rhino. Poor customer service from Bayliss where I have had good service in the past!

Needed replacement autovents for my greenhouse the previous ones had worn out after 11 years. Found the company that made them easily enough and ordered replacements. The order was dispatched very promptly, however royal male took their time. Bayliss customer services were very quick and courteous in resolving the problem. I will have no hesitation in using this company again. Their products are excellent.

I bought three vent openers manufactured by this company, and in preparing my greenhouse for winter, I lost a tiny but vital part from each of them. The part was not listed in their spares list, so I emailed the company asking for a price. They immediately posted me the missing parts, free of charge.
