I attended the practice when it was an independent. I must admit I was a little concerned when it changed to Bayfields and wondered if I would still receive the high level of care. However, I didn't need to worry. All of the staff were as welcoming and professional as ever. I would certainly recommend the York Bayfields practice to anyone.

Always a friendly and efficient service at Bayfields York. I had a free hearing check this visit which was quick and easy. The optician Amelia was so lovely and explained the photos of the back of my eye very clearly. Everybody is very nice at this branch.

Ear Wax Removal
Ear Wax Removal: needed an appointment fairly urgently as wax build up was causing pain. Tried booking late afternoon and Bayfields got me in the next morning and all was well. Saw Joanne at the York practice who is very good at putting the customer at their ease and providing just the information you want. Experience couldn't have been better so I would definitely recommend this practice.
