I have been using Bayfields for a number of years to deal with all my spectacle requirements and also had my ears syringed. I love Bayfields and will always use them. They are efficient, friendly and kind.

I recently had a hearing test at Bayfields Woking.
The audiologist advised I should seek medical advise regarding skin damage to my left ear. Sure enough the skin needed attention and is in a pre cancerous condition. Thank you to the audiologist for noticing this - even the doctor was impressed how he had found it. Well trained and professional, need I say more.

From the moment I walked in I knew I had found a great optician. Staff were friendly and kept me informed all the way through, explaining things in an easy to understand way. Getting my new glasses was an equally great experience, no long wait, smiling staff willing to serve. There was no hard sell or upselling just simple clear information making it easy to choose the right glasses for me.

From the welcome on arrival to taking me to the door on departure the experience was superb. The fact that I was remembered was something missing in larger establishments. Kevin's friendly, careful and unhurried examination and Lena's attention to my current spectacles all contributed to this.
