Very thorough eye test. First time with Bayfields but pleased with the experience.

I am highly impressed with the service I received. The optometrist conducted all the diagnostic tests with exceptional care and precision. The entire team is clearly knowledgeable, making the process seamless and reassuring. I would confidently recommend this practice to any of my friends or colleagues seeking thorough eye care.

Friendly team, explain what they're doing clearly

I had Suniti J, who was juat amazing and delivered absolutely incredible care and service. She ensured that every aspect of my eye care (prescription, comfort and health) was looked at in detail to ensure my contacts, glasses and prescription were working for me in the best possible way. Sunit, and the whole team in fact, were also incredibly kind, personable and friendly. They are not the cheapest opticians but reasonable given their care and service are second to none - you definitely get what you pay for! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Called into Byfield opticians in Ewell to see if they could repair / change the arms of my glasses with another pair more comfortable, seemed not a problem despite my not being an existing customer. 48 hours later , job all done and NO charge. How nice it is to find a company who still have that old world ethics of doing something for nothing except goodwill. Congratulations Byfield, I wish there were more like you. I will certainly be coming to you when I next need an eye test.

I know it’s a little more expensive, but you really get a proper eye check beyond what you would get at a major chain. Well worth it from my perspective. Gives me great comfort knowing I get adequate time.

Very friendly from the minute I walked in from The lovely lady who checked me in to the lovely staff who helped me pick the right spectacles. My eye check was done by a lovely lady who never rushed me and explained everything. Very pleased

Eye test and service good. Glasses are satisfactory. But very expensive for just the lens. I gave them the frames!
