3 orders cancelled without notice

3 orders cancelled for no reason with no email notifications. Waiting for the orders endlessly just to realize they cancelled it AGAIN.

Also very clunky website that asks you 5 times to remake your password, has a cache that expires in 30 min and you need to redo you whole order just because it got deleted.

UPDATE : I finally was able to order via mail.

Very satisfied

Very fast shipping, completely satisfied.

Removing 1 star due to the fact that email communications (order confirmation, shipment, email for evaluations) are not in english, at it was a shipment outside of Germany (for a customer in France), at least for international orders the usage of english will be a plus in the emails.
Fortunetely the Google translation is good enough to understand the content of the communication :-)

baunativ looking as scam, avoid from afar

I have send order and payd fast16 days ago, they got their money via paypal and didn't send them the ordered goods, have not responded any one email for this time, in my opinion baunativ is totally scam!!!
on the site they wrote shipping with 3-7 days
please avoid from this shop.

Der Kunde hatte eingefärbte Putze nach Polen bestellt, die in der angegebenen Versandzeit von 3-7 Tage verschickt hätte werden können. Allerdings hat er per E-Mail noch Speditionswaren dazu bestellt, darunter auch Ware, die nicht auf Lager war. Nachdem wir ihn die erhöhte Lieferzeit von etwa 2-3 Wochen mitgeteilt haben, wollte er stornieren und hat uns Betrug vorgeworfen. Wir haben den Betrag über unseren Buchhaltung vollständig zurücküberweisen lassen.
