I ordered a ring for my daughter's birthday, therefore it was extremely important to receive the gift before the date. Customer support followed the whole process of production and delivery informing me anout each step, keeping my mind at rest. Needless to say that when the ring arrived it was as beautiful as I expected and my daughter was so happy.

I am so glad that I found BAUNAT. I got recommended BAUNAT by a diamond wholesaler based in Antwerp.

Before BAUNAT, I looked around about 10+ jewellers, from small boutiques to luxury brands like Tiffany, Chaumet, and Cartier, but wasn't too excited about their designs (and often the price as well). I wanted the engagement ring to be feminine, elegant, and subtly prominent. It was just too difficult to find the design that made me feel like this is IT. When I first looked at the contour shape engagement ring, and its matching wedding band, I just fell in love with it and both my fiance and I knew that this is the ring that we should take.

Moreover, the staffs were all very helpful throughout my journey to pick the diamond and the ring design. I visited the showroom and had a video call to make sure the ring size, and tried on different designs. I had a ton of questions about the diamond and the ring itself, naturally because this is a VERY special ring of my life, and they were all always attentive to answer each question in detail.

I would definitely recommend this place!

From start to finish our experience with BAUNAT has been wonderful. From booking an appointment, meeting the staff, their expertise on rings, styles, diamonds… it was amazing.
We went to other “mainstream” vendors, and really all they wanted to do was to sell me the most expensive rings they had, didn’t work within a budget range, and really couldn’t care less for my partners taste.
BAUNAT were the opposite. From the moment we entered, they quite literally took care of us. Spoke to us about diamond quality, type, cut, clarity, carat… ring style, precious metals, and how one thing may be more suitable above another because of skin colour!
I can only give the highest recommendation to anyone who’s considering purchasing a ring to visit BAUNAT before you make a purchase.
The fact that they pride themselves on responsibly sourced (conflict free) materials is of great personal importance to my partner and I.

I traveled to Paris for a conference and decided to propose during this same trip since my girlfriend was coming long-It doesnt get better than Paris! The whole plannign from the ring to other logistics was very short within 3weeks. For the ring I was initially hesisant about buying it online. After looking at a few stores i decided to reached out to Baunat Paris Showroom. I had one of the best online sales experince. Reponse time was within 2-5 minutes, all my questions were answered, I was guided throught the process and made an informed decision and not coerced on a product to buy-i thought this was rare and appreciated it. I had some issues with the payment method that was not available in my Country, but Baunat was so flexible and they made it work out through bank transfer. I was also worried about the timeline, but i received the ring in under 2 weeks. The tax refund process was also clearly ecplianed and got the stamp at the airport. i will be posting that to Baunat shortly. Marie was exceptionally helpful and I picked up the ring in person- a beautiful ring and my fiancee loves it!

My partner and I were disappointed when we tried to book an appointment at Baunat Jewellers' Geneva showroom. We had planned a trip specifically to buy wedding bands from them, but no appointment slots were available. We were disheartened by their lack of professionalism and consideration, especially since we had previously purchased an engagement ring from them. This inconsistency in their approach to appointments made us doubt their commitment to customer satisfaction. We hope Baunat takes this feedback seriously and recognizes the importance of professionalism and consideration. Moreover, this experience has made us reconsider our loyalty to Baunat.
