Un reliable supplier
I ordered a part in september. Payed direct for delivery to the Netherlands. Now november 10th still no delivery, No reaction on frequent mails. Not customer friendly even worse fully unreliable.

Don't trust this company
If you don't live in Germany don't trust this company. I ordered a woodturning lathe (Bernardo KDM 1100 with a copying device) and a chuck to the lathe. I Iprepaid the whole order as they asked me to do but.. The lathe was delivered two and half months later (after several emails and phone calls) and the chuck has never been delivered. I sent emails and I called them again but they ignored me.
