Excellent service, very easy to use website. Very fast delivery service. would use again and recommend to freinds and family.

They advertise "Duracell Plus" batteries but actually send you the inferior and cheaper "Simply Duracell" batteries. They do not respond to customer complaints.

I recently bought a Pro flashgun and rather than spend £'s and £'s on batteries time and time again, I searched the web for good high capacity rechargable batteries and found Batteryvault. I am so glad I did. I had wasted money at the local supermarket and bought a charger (that took 9 hours to charge) that came with 4 AA batteries (2100mAh) and they were recommended for photographic equipment. They were useless!
So I decided to try Batteryvault and they had, (for the same price as the supermarkets rubbish one), a charger (takes 2 and a half hours to fully charge) and 4xAA industrial strength rechargable batteries (2800mAh) which are excellent and in my opinion, superb for the price I paid. They last for ages and ages, depending on how often I use my flash. The charger is superb too, cool digital blue light up display that lets you know at a glance when the batteries are charged and a pulsating battery icon, kinda like a mobile phone battery symbol when its charging. Unlike my previous charger that just had green lights on it, that stayed on and on and on, I didnt know when they were fully charged.
I highly recommend Batteryvault. I have only purchased from them the once, but the service was superb and delivery fast and the item was brilliant and pretty cheap too. I am very pleased and will use them again and again above any supermarket!

After my initial issues with delivery which is not the companies fault but rather the couriers problem as i have a new address. The items arrived well packaged and undamaged. The company were in constant contact with me on a daily basis as my items had not arrived. I cannot ask for a more helpful service and will definately use them again and again

First class delivery, If only other companys were as reliable.

Batteries delivered very quickly. However pack said batteries could be used without charging. On initial use, only lasted 30 minutes in the microphone.

Good products at very good prices with excellent service.

The order arrived the next day and I was emailed to say when it had been sent. The batteries were well packaged. I ordered from another similar seller some different items - they did not arrive next day, even though the orders were placed within minutes of each other. Postage and Packing charges a were fair. Thank you.

I used to order my batteries from a different online retailer. Battery Vault appears to be cheaper though, and the service was fine. Placed an order at 8.20pm and it was dispatched the following morning. Received it in a few days - not the very next day but I didnt pay for that (I probably had the option to, I dont really remember). Hard to see how the service could have been better really. I have only placed one order with them so far though, so its a limited data set on which to rate them.
