Stay away. BAD BAD BAD.
I ordered a battery and selected next day shipping. It has been 3 days and I still have not received my item. Their customer service is non existent. They only list an an e-mail address and you can't get in touch with anyone. I never received a confirmation e-mail, nothing, zip zilch. I created an account with them, and can't login. Thus I can't even attempt to track my order. They have no phone number, so you can't get in touch with anybody to answer any questions. I have sent several e-mails and have gotten no response. It was very important that my item arrived on time. I need a second battery for my DVX for an upcoming video gig, and now I'm SOL. They have a ton of positive reviews listed but my feeling is that it was just some shmuck from the company writing all of those. Do not buy from this company. Even my item does eventually arrive it's been super stressful, and their customer service sucks. They actually don't have customer service. Am I getting through? Stay away at all costs, even if it does seem like a good deal.
