Jack was very helpful and advised me on the valves required. Quick delivery, opened to look at towel rail looks lovely but not fitted yet. All round very pleased with service cannot fault them at all.

Very very disappointed
Very very disappointed. Ordered a radiator at what seemed to be a good price. Delivery was about £20 and in "1 - 4 working days". There was a tracking link on email but then that stopped working. Emailed to find out what is going on after 5 working days. Received a reply saying that the item was being returned to sender as there was an issue with the courier. No idea why this happened as we are renovating a house and have been in every day since we ordered. Now I have a plumber coming this wednesday to connect everything up in the kitchen but we have no radiator for him to connect so will have to pay more for him to return and we will have a very cold kitchen. Absolutely crap service from a company that sells items via it's website. I would avoid if I were you and use another company.

This was my first order from this…
This was my first order from this company as I only just discovered them on line. Being a builder we install many bathrooms, on this occasion we needed a rather large shower screen the price point was hands down the cheapest anywhere including our usual suppler. Screen arrived quicker than expected which was fantastic as we needed it urgently to complete a project. Screen and fittings you couldn’t fault. My one criticism would be a little more information from delivery company would definitely help as it just arrived without any communications, and being a heavy item may cause difficulties for some customers. That said Great service from Andrew at take away bathrooms we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Fantastic Customer Service and Communication
We have had a fantastic experience with Bathroom Takeaway. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and we were kept well informed throughout regarding our delivery updates and arrival.
Due to an error on our part, we ordered an item in the wrong size. However, the customer service team have been extremely helpful, friendly and supportive in helping us resolve the issue.
