I placed an order from Bathrobes UK for the first time and honestly wasn’t expecting much at those prices especially in their towel collection.
Some items were less than half the cost compared to other places, so I assumed the quality might be average but I was completely wrong and really happy with the towel and the embroidery of the logo which was done.
The towels are really good quality, soft cotton and feel great to use.
The colours are rich and look exactly like the pictures so the item is as described.
They also wash really well without fading so the overall purchase was really happy. The embroidered logo was also very vibrant.
I’ve already recommended the shop to a few family members.
Thank you will definitely going to order again soon probably at Christmas time now.

I recently brought a velour bathrobe from bathrobesuk and towel set for a bridal wedding gift checking online I was quite surprised how hard it was to get the right gift. I did check on Etsy and other places but found bathrobeuk prices to be very good. In the start was a bit unsure whether to order but on my way to college I popped into their Stratford East London outlet and was very impressed by their collection of bathrobe colours and other stuff they do like printing and embroidery all from the East London operations. After ordering and getting the delivery via DPD quickly I must say I was extremely happy with the final product. The quality and embroidery was just fantastic and overall a great experience. It arrived in a few days so will defiantly recommend if you need a good price from a London based company. Very pleased with the overall experience with bathrobesuk and will be ordering more for Christmas. Thank you

Just receive the delivery of our bathrobes and bed sheets for our Airbnb. The organic cotton in the gown is very soft and packaging was really nice. So from the price we paid we are very happy with the final outcome no complaints. Staffs are also polite. The result of the embroidered logo also came out really nice and the dpd delivery service was also very efficient since we got timely notification which was so helpful. Really glad we found a local London based wholesale bathrobe supplier who are offering very good prices for home textiles. Thank you will be back for more – next time will try towels as well.

Just had the delivery of my gym towel and very happy with the quality of the towel and embroidered logo. At the start I was a bit careful since prices looked very good but since they were local I went to see them and saw the range and very happy with the set up. No issues the ordering process was simple and fast delivery. Our embroidered logo for our gym was quite detailed but they really worked with us to get all the small issues resolved. Their design team are very professional and know their stuff. So overall very pleased and from the price we paid I think we got a great deal. Thank you chaps will be back for more.

Found this website while looking for a “spa” bathrobe for myself I couldn’t fault this company. Great choice of colours amazing price and quality and delivery was a lot faster than stated online.

I took a cursory glance at Trustpilot before purchase & the rate of 4.3 looked good. When the robe arrived clearly undersized I drilled down into the reviews 64% are 1 star! How can a company with overwhelmingly the lowest score be rated anywhere near 4. Trustpilot didn't work for me this time & I'll question it's usefulness moving forward.

I ordered a personalised dressing gown for a bride, order arrived quickly and was as advertised. Unfortunately there was a mark right on the lapel that would have shown up in photos. Their customer service were brilliant. I got an answers to my emails incredibly quickly and the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the product and service I received.

Excellent company I did have an issue with my items as they were personalised on the wrong size but the customer service was amazing dealt with my issue efficiently… very impressed literally received my order the following day.

Also the price and quality are amazing.

I ordered several dressing gowns and then saw these reviews. I did instantly think.. Oh No.. what have I done! However, it’s important to share positive experiences and they were superb for me. I emailed to ask for a design change, they mailed me back the same day, they actioned and they delivered. Over the moon and great product / service.

I placed an order then I did not hear from them for two days and I checked trustpilot terrified. I emailed them to ask postage tracking. I spent about a 100 pound on their products and I got really afraid as after viewing those comments. Well I am now giving a fair review here. They responded next day. Few people contacted me and even they phoned me!! They were really polite and helping me as due to I asked to send two orders via one parcel, and not many companies would agree to refund extra postage fees. Well they have. They are brilliant and helpful, this is a Fact. Now about the gowns and towels, Quality is Fair for price you pay. I am very happy infact as the small gown sizes are finally small and makes a size 10 fit just right. Usually I got my gowns oversized elsewhere. Cotton is Real. Quality is not a luxurious but good. For fees you pay - its fair and very good. So do not believe all the scam comments. Cheapest towels I got are very good and real cotton. If you want luxury - Well, this is just very good and fair, I am in love with the servise and the items. I cannot afford luxury but this is just perfect for me and Right. Thanks so much for amazing experience. Great for modest good quality gifts.

Ordered on the 13th and was told to pick a date for my order to arrive which should have been the 18th as they said to wait 5 to 6 days for personalised items. Didn't recieve my order on the 18th so tried emailing but this bounced back as unrecognised. Messaged them on their page to be told they had tried emailing (even though i never recieved it), as one of my items was out of stock and I could either get a refund for said item or change for another colour. Changed for another colour and asked When delivery would be to which I had no reply and was told to wait 24hrs as They were busy.
Waited the 24hrs and still no reply so Ended up messaging again due to lack of communication. I then received an email telling me they would find out the delivery date and let me know. I then recieved A call from a polite lady trying to say they had emailed and it had gone to spam which it hadn't as I check regularly, she then told me that my items would be sent that day for next day delivery. Which they were. I have since checked the products and the quality is decent for the price paid and ideal for what I need them for and the personalisation is spot on. Apart from the miscommunication at the start the overall experiance with this company has been great and would recommend.

I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star there a disgrace. They products are rubbish and sizing incorrect
I purchased a male gown and a female gown, the female gown was bigger than the male gown despite the male gown supose to be a XL.
Contacted them to see if they can rectify and they’re not interested at all. No help whatsoever!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!

DON'T BUY, POOR QUALITY.
Within two weeks of using the gown, the belt comes unstitched. The quality of the towelling is also poor but given the price understandably.
Had towelling robes for years and this has never happened before so I won't be buying from Bathrobes UK again.
If BathrobesUK allowed, I could upload pictures to confirm the same.
Emailed the company on 23rd May with copy pictures and they can't even reply, do you want to be treated this way?
Even when writing a review on their website, they don't allow it to be published, appalling.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Definitely dodgy organisation, wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered two printed hoodies and two completely plain ones have been sent.

Ordered from this company ans waited for ages, only to find an email in my spam folder informing me that me order was found to be damaged during their quality control checks and.the order was cancelled.
The next Christmas I done the same, trying to get a personalised bathrobe same as the previous year. Got the exact same email regarding damage whilst quality control checks. My advice? Stay clear and go elsewhere like studio

Lack of communication around delayed order, emailed no response, rang and got told someone would ring me back, no one rang back so I rang again to be told that there was a delay and they would arrive 10 days after the order was placed rather than in the 3-5 day window. Asked to cancel the order and for a refund on the phone and the response I got was 'ok bye'

Cheap quality, terrible customer service and not the same as the pictures

Picture shows a monogram robe with the middle initial larger (which is supposed to be the last name)
Just regular initials in order of your name. I chose this company because of the monogram but the lettering is all the same size and small. Quality of the robe is scratching and cheap and twice I called for an update and was told they would call me back, hung up the phone then never called or emailed. Will never use this company again

Don't purchase anything with the I have made an order with bathrobes and t-shirts for Christmas .A month later still I don't have nothing at all .I sent an email and they replied to me that the order is in production after a month I called them waiting half an hour and when someone answered they couldn't find the order number and they told that they will call me later to update me !!!! Until now nobody have called ..,.... I despite the purchase in PayPal and after a mont and half they refunded me .

Must admit I made my purchase before reading the reviews and was a little worried when I saw them afterwards. That is why I felt I must give a review of my experience. I ordered 4 bathrobes in 2 sizes with the name of my holiday let embroidered on the front. Wasn’t in too much of a hurry for them so stated 15th October as my ‘must have by’ date. However got an email early this morning saying delivery would be today followed by a text giving me a 1 hour time slot and my goods arrived at the time given! Really pleased with the robes and the embroidery especially for the price I paid and they are a lovely addition to my holiday let. Would definitely use them again.
