I had a small issue with my order missing something, but the customer service team were honestly lovely about it. They got back to me quickly, kept me updated, and sorted everything without fuss. Great customer after-care!
I had ordered a few deodorant sticks, but I wasn't aware that B&U is UK-based (I live in The Netherlands). It took very long for the parcel to arrive (2 weeks), and prior to it arriving in the end, I contacted B&U saying the parcel probably got lost (no tracking was available). They then followed up very kindly, sent me a new parcel cost-free, asking only for this review :)

I newly discovered this company and was so excited, placed my 1st order and it arrived everything was fine. then I placed another order which I never received evri driver left the package somewhere unknown. despite me continuously contacting them I have had no response form them regarding my m missing order.

Great deals and customer service but poor shipping time
I felt that the specific item I purchased was on “back order” for way longer than the description had listed (10 days)
The agents via email were very kind and informative on keeping me posted when I inquired about the status. I wish the option in the portal was accurate regarding clicking the link to check the status of the order. Every time it didn’t state anything therefore I had to email about a shipping status update.
