Don't rely on it. Or you will be late for your ferry, or if you arrived to the "sunny Ireland" you can spend night outside at harbor because bus never came without any warnings.
They also do not care about reputation or reviews, because they don't have any competition on Bornholm. Writing to them also not changing anything.
My kids were standing at the bus stop waving to stop the bus and the incompetent driver drove past and they catch the bus every day for school for the last two years this is unacceptable
