This company is a complete scam! Do not buy off them. Goods not received although says dispatched. Won't answer phones or emails.
Even wrote to the address on website with no response
DO NOT BUY OFF THEM

Appalling refund process
I have emailed three times and called atleast 4 times to the customer service team and zero response. Do not order from this website, I paid near enough £30 for a luxurious bath mat however it is cheap looking and the colours do not match the pictures on the website.

Terrible after sales service. Nobody responds to contact. I am still awaiting my item

The animal planters I ordered was an absolute hit with my son! Their website is easy to navigate, and the ordering process is simple. Great little business from Edinburgh that I’ve used for a few years now with my love of vases and flowers. I’ve dealt with Erin from their customer support team and she is always delightful to deal with and nothing is ever an issue. I had to change the colour of a vase set that I ordered after I realised 2 days after ordering I had ordered the wrong colour. As it had already been sent, she sent the new ones anyway and trusted that I would sent the others back (which I obviously did). Really recommend Basil and Bonnie.

Wish i had read the reviews of a refund because the website is so lovely and it makes you think your buying from a small business boutique, instead you receive a Ali express light fitting which is half the price on their shipped directly from China and there is no response at all, no refund and no pick up. Please do not use if you are not sure on colours etc.

The light fitting although looks fairly cheap would have probably been ok but the colour is completely the wrong gold that I want.

Ordered ceiling lights and arrived direct from China. Not happy with quality... two weeks later and still awaiting on item to be picked up to arrange a refund. Sent an email asking for a response or I would publish feedback... got a response that was bland and non instructional then nothing... I suspect the back story is untrue and this is an overseas business being ran from a back room. When I do get a response from"erin" its at 2am.
Again I will happily take this down if the item is picked up and refunded... AVOID unless you are certain of what you are purchasing.Update… refunded the item.

Terrible customer service and I have not received my order after 5 weeks.

It's cheap crap sent from China I was wondering why it took so long to arrive and why the tracking info didn't work it's because the it was coming from China and the tracking info was for Cai Niao a tracking company from China, yes it looks cute and the website looks professional but the plant pot I ordered didn't look as tiny it was from the pictures not only that it cost me £20 completely not worth it and now I can't send it back because it was bought on sale, avoid this website way to overpriced

Ordered outside lights and arrived on time and very nice but want to change for longer verison (so bigger order for them!) and absolutely no response from them whatsover on email or calling and many voicemails left, extremly frustrating and awful customer service - avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!
PS I will take down this review if they come back to me in the next couple of days despite the lack of response as i desperatly want the longer fittings!)

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The bath mat that I ordered arrived from China, awful quality, strong chemical smell, nothing like the one in the picture on their website. No one ever replied to me about return policy, no one picked up the phone after calling them several times. Avoid this company as they are not worth the money and time. Very disappointed.

I haven't had any response regarding collection of my light fitting which arrived 3 weeks late from China and not great quality.
I have tried calling,with no answer. Very frustrating 😡

Terrible Cust service item never arrived . Despite numerous emails and calls to a Cust care number which no one answers had to get a refund via my credit card supplier

Avoid at all cost taken payment for product I ordered but it’s never arrived

I ordered a light from them on 22/06/23. I am yet to receive my order more than 2 weeks after. I have sent an email to inquire about my order status but have not received any feedback from them. Unfortunately, there is no contact number. I will not patronise them again. At this point, I would like to process my refund but I cannot get a hold of them.

No response from them in regards to returning items within their policy. Their return policy requires you to contact them and inform of the return yet there is no response and therefore no return/refund possible. We are still waiting to hear back and hope for a response soon. The items received are not as were expected, we are entitled to our refund and would not have purchased had we known that they do not honour their returns policy. Very disappointing, I wouldn't recommend based on this experience and I see many other people with the same experience relating to returns/customer support.

Highly recommend! I recently ordered 5 outdoor LED lights, they came within 5 days to Nottingham. Quality is great and they were easy to install.

I ordered the handwoven moon dreamcatcher, which unfortunately wasn’t to my satisfaction. However, I spoke with Erin who helped resolve my issue very promptly and was very helpful and empathetic!
