Easy peasy lemon squeezy
Joining online as a founding member was a breeze. All that I needed to know was explained and I knew what I was signing up for.
The club itself is brand new, and all major equipment is present. Especially great are the massage chairs (extra, but worth it). Would definitely recommend.

Great gym in Nice
Great gym in Nice. Super clean, modern, and very well maintained. The equipment is all new and there’s a great variety for both cardio and strength training. Pricing is very reasonable for what you get. Overall, a really positive experience. 5 stars.

I don’t like that I paid for a…
I don’t like that I paid for a membership and have to wait until you receive the payment. The communication isn’t completely clear, and the app is somewhat confusing.
Otherwise, the gym itself is a different story – after one day, I don’t have anything to complain about.

Access blocked, no explanation. Paid €12 to enter a gym I already pay for.
I hold the Ultimate membership — the most expensive plan — and was denied access at 5:40 AM with no warning, no explanation, and zero human support available at that hour. The app showed an error I couldn’t screenshot or copy. My only option was to pay a €11.99 day pass to use a facility I already pay for monthly.
When I reached the chat hours later: the agent didn’t know why I was blocked, told me to visit the club in person (during business hours — as if that’s realistic), and refused the refund because “the pass was already used.” Their logic: they caused the block, I was forced to pay to get in, and that payment became the reason to deny my refund.
Complaint filed with ACM/ConsuWijzer.

Excelent gym
Excelent gym, only negative it's how busy it is in the 9-5 schedule. Before 9 o'clock start's packing and at 5pm the same on Monday to Friday. Other than than, excelent.

Payment problem they always not left any subscription fee but when subscription fee late sometime they blocked the access of the gem but never ever left any fee. I paid all my fees sometime late but I have to pay but but access in the gem blocked
