Hi! Feedback coming from a ux designer, I hope this helps
I didn´t like giving up an IBAN while paying with my credit card. Specially with the news of the leak of information these past weel.
The instructions about the QR was in the same email as setting de password. The QR can only be seen after setting up the password, which includes reading the setting-password email. It was confusing having to go back to the previous email.
The page to set the password was in Dutch, and I´m using a browser set in English, and the gym is in Spain.
