Decor very tired both in bedrooms and public areas. Facilities are basic and underwhelming for an alleged 4* hotel. We booked a suite for £219.00 p/n which was 'well-used'. TV didn't work and they couldn't have cared less. Bar was missing even basic brands. Dinner was very poor and breakfast consisted of tinned mushrooms! Staff friendly but uniforms shabby.
