This is 5 star shopping

Hey, I never thought that I would buy once in my life an alcolic drink from a shop in denmark. I am from Germany and since I travel to Denmark (mostly in winter times) there was always a big gap between danish and german prices for any alcoholics. In your shop I found the GIN that is from now on my most loved, absolutely favorised gin that I ever had. and I had a few....
You are doing a very good job, your packaging is also 5-star and you'll keep me as a satisfied client.

Won’t cancel order and will need to pay return shipping

Ordered the wrong bottle and sent an email cancelling the order within 10 minutes. Several days later they responded to my email to cancel saying the order was on its way. I responded saying that I’d like to cancel with my 14-day right of withdrawal and they said they were still shipping and I’d need to pay for the return. I’m not sure why the website says they’ll try to cancel orders if you email them before it goes out. Nie wieder!

Easy to order. Fast processing and delivery of order. Very impressed with the way the order was packed in, so securely, to avoid breakage in transit. Very pleased overall.
