Bought a wheelie bin store. Absolutely awful quality. 3 parts missing including brackets and screws!!! Box was tattered and torn looked like it had been sent out numerous times before and sent back. Contacted straight away and they said would send missing bits. 3 days later contacted to ask where are they?. Another very large tattered box arrived with brackets. No screws and no missing wooden support struts. Contacted again saying I was out of patience now and was told quite rudely that if I didn't like it I should send it back and had to transport it myself to a dhl service point. Very large item bear in mind. Eventually after asking them and amazon to help with no response Contacted dhl who were great. Dont ever buy anything from them as quality is the worst I have ever experienced. A lot of money for something you would not even use as firewood. My brother saw it outside my door and thought it was packaging support for a new radiator I had ordered.

Absolute sham of a company and yes it was you not another company because I researched and ran your Peterborough number direct so don’t even go there!!!!
Ordered a garden swing chair . No show excuses and blamed delivery company said re send still no show loads of apologies and even said a theft may be involved big fat lies thank god for Amazon refund

Abuse givers via email when confronted with problems Would love to give more stars but following issue. Received an exercise bike which was damaged an a part missing. Although got a small part refund on the understanding they would send a replacement part it never arrived, I emailed and they said they sent it, gave them more time to rectify but then no contact, tried to arrange sending bike back for a refund and vanished in to thin air, raised a complaint with Amazon and they didn’t bother replying either. Company may be great if the products fine but if it’s not the your screwed

Stuff never arrived. Luckily I’d bought through amazon who refunded me my full amount.

Great customer services!! Item I ordered arrived quickly but the warehouse had sent the wrong colour. Rose from customer services couldn’t help enough and quickly sent out a return label for me. As soon as I posted it and sent postal receipt I was refunded ... 👍🏼

stupid scammers aren't refunding me my money. I have opened a case with my bank. I will not let this go

I ordered a item from them and when I received it it was not as the item on the box IT WAS A FAKE .They said that they would send the right one but I never received it ,sent about 6 emails but no replies.would not touch them with a barge pole.

Bought an orthopaedic knee cushion recently, my delivery query was met with courtesy, questions answered and resolved. Good quality item and happy with the outcome.

I was waiting 2 weeks for confirmation of delivery. I tried several times contact them on their costumer number but it just doesn’t work at all. After negative feedback they start to communicate via email and accuse me that I want to damage their company. They even send me a picture of the email as a proof of communication but it was fake picture. After all that they cancel the order and send my money back. Avoid them if you don’t want to experience same case.

I never had a bad experience with them, one or two cases expected with any growing company if you look at the volume (ebay/amazon reviews) they deal with. Payments are always ensured through Paypal to give us peace of mind.

Good job I had amazon in the middle so I could claim all my money back!! This company is a complete waste of time! Payed for next day delivery and never came so got refunded for that, now been waiting over 10 days for the items so just told amazon to cancel and get a full refund!!

Bargainworlduk, trading as ClickSuperstore, accepted an on-line order and provided an order confirmation email with contact details. The Company did not answer our calls nor return messages left to ask about our order. After 30 days they were informed by email that they were then in breach of contract for non-delivery of goods and were given a further 6 days to honour their contract with me. The order still has not been delivered nor has the Company bothered to contact us. As I paid by credit card my credit card company has now taken this forward as a dispute. While I will recover my money this was an unpleasant experience and I will never use either Bargainworlduk nor their trading company, Click Superstore again: other potential customers may find this unfortunate experience useful.

In February (2017) I purchased from Bargainworlduk a stainless steel wheel cover for my Grand Vitara. They sent me the wrong size cover (1" too wide). When I informed them of this problem, they apologized, requested I measured my spare time, send them these measurements, and they would send the correct size wheel cover.
I did as requested and they sent me a replacement wheel cover. ITWAS EXACTLY THE SAME WHEEL COVER THEY SENT ORGINALLY!
To make a long story short, they kept promising to refund my purchase - which they never did.
So now I have two identical size wheel covers that are useless to me.
Stay away from these people - they proved to be very dishonest.

This company has not delivered my goods but has taken my monies,I have lots of emails haven't heard back from anyone. Disgusting behavior....do not order from this company.

Couldn't make purchase. No response to website message, email or telephone. Worried now that they have my card details.
