Great experience with BT. Delivery drivers were extremely helpful and carried bunkbeds upstairs for me. Only one thing that could be suggested, the possibility of booking a delivery slot when ordering online.

I was never advised the 5 drawer set would be sent FLAT PACK! this was such a let down and still to be put together.

Bought mattresses of bargaintown to then realize when we got home they were wrong size. rang them and they ordered us mattresses we needed and delivered free of charge and took the other ones back very fast was only waiting a few days

Delivery time too broad and only minutes notice given. Anytime after 1 …
Delivery received with incorrect instructions.
‘Correct’ instructions emailed, discovered incorrect fittings provided.
New fittings arrived, again the specific delivery time of ‘after 4’, again not aligned to instructions. Told I was wrong, and offered an assembly service I could pay for.
Sent a pic of instructions & fittings, what do you know … wrong instructions.
Hopefully now, a week later, I have everything required to assemble.
Phones aren’t answered, no follow up, absolute disaster. Received some money back but couldn’t recommend their online shop anyway. Maybe the instore experience is better.

They contact me very quickly about my delivery and were extremely helpful when the furniture was delivered to the house
