I ordered a iPad cover and it said in stock on the website and I took the 5 day shipping, yet its been more than 2 weeks and its not here yet, when I contacted them, they tried to blame it back on me for ordering a out of stock item when I infact got an email from them the very next day that the item was shipped, they now tell me they didnt really ship it until the next week. The support is very rude and will not even accept that they made a mistake, stay away.

This company is a joke! Period!

I bought a USB cable for my pone that stated it was 3' long and when it arrived it was 1 foot long. I tried to call the support number in the middle of the day and nobody answered. I left an email to the customer service dept and 10 days later I got a response asking if I still need assistance to which I promptly said this was a live and learn experience. After I replied it took another 10 days to respond.

Products are cheap and support is terrible. BEWARE!

Even after contact with the Better Business Bureau, BargainCell still thinks they did no wrong by sending me the wrong product. Amazon.co refunded my money. BargainCell would not replace/refund my wrong item unless I "FIRST" removed my negative feedback yet they are telling the BBB they did indeed offer to replace it. Do not trust this company.
