I've been always satisfied whether the products choice or the customer service.

I have ordered from Banzai many times. They have excellent pricing (comparable with wholesaler prices in some instances) and selection, and the valves they sell are always well tested. I appreciate the ability to add new parts to existing orders, and their international shipping rates.

Recommended! They have kinda all of the high quality electronic component you could need to restore vintage amplifiers! Fast shipping, nice packaging and fair price, wonderful!!

Great service and stock for hobbyist like myself

The parts are top quality. The prices vary reasonable. One can find almost anything, the stock is well selected. The shipping prices are fair and low. Shipping fast. In my opinion Banzai is one of the best online suppliers in the world. And I have tried many. The first place I check. Do yourself a favor and buy from them.

The perfect place we DIY guys need to get things. Awesome selection, reliable and fast. I'd 100% recommend this to anyone in Europe (and I already have to a bunch of people).

Great selection, good support, fast shipping. Site could be better. Large knob selection but missing the best ones – original Daka Ware bakelite knobs. Item specs could be better, like including pot drill diameter, item drawings, etc.

First of all, I 100% trust the quality of the material they sold, it's not chinese junk.
Then, they are quickly available in case of need (contacted a few times by email) and helpful.
One suggestion to improve the service: why don't you offer an option (with reasonable extra-fee, of course) to have a priority shipment (24-48 hrs max to receive) for the real urgencies?

Banzai Music is a great store, they have a wide variety of electronic parts in stock (sometimes parts that are not easy to find or that are more expensive at other merchants).
I’ve never been disappointed by the quality of products that I ordered.
One thing could be improved though : shipping of orders is more often than not slow, so when you need parts in a hurry you have to wait a little (generally for week or so).
If Banzai Music could deliver orders more rapidly (maybe via other shipping companies…), it would be perfect !
But overall, I’m quite satisfied with Banzai Music, I highly recommend them !
