A huge thank you to Oleh for coming to our rescue when our old boiler failed. He came out so promptly and had the new one installed really quickly. Oleh is such a hard worker and a very pleasant chap to have around. He cleared and took all the rubbish away which we really appreciated. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thank you

Hi it is now the seventh day since I had the pleasure of Banner Plumber installing a useless boiler on my property with all the additional damage and mess. The temperature here has plummeted 14 degrees since then
and when their operative waltzed off leaving the boiler locked with no key set at 5, WHATEVER 5 MEANS. I cannot access the boiler to turn up whatever 5 is! As there is no key. It was minus 2 here this morning with a heavy ground frost that is still lying on the ground. Inside was showing a BALMY 8!!!!!!! TRY AS I MIGHT AND WHAT EVER CONFIGURATION I TRY THE RADIATOR STATS I CANNOT GET THE TEMPERATURE TO RISE ABOVE 15 DEGREES. My temperature is now one degree over that which is is considered low enough to recommend you call the NHS helpline for hyperthermia advice and the electronic forehead thermometer is flashing a warning message at me everytime I use it. I am cold and live very remotely on my own. I cannot risk telling anyone as I have animals to feed and look after. I am scared now for my health. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH. I notice NOW from their reviews that nearly all the reviews were invited and they are all added roughly within a two week period. That looks odd to me but maybe I am wrong. Also very few actually state what works were carried out. Nothing is added after February 2019. Any one who is thinking of being taken in by the flash folder and top prices quoted by this company please beware. You are given the impression, when they visit your property, that they a large go get em company who will solve all your plumbing needs ASAP. It was only after I agreed to a quote and was informed that it would be over a two month wait (with no boiler) that they only had two engineers. A large floor standing boiler can take three days to fit. I will not bore you with the terrible three days fitting followed by the horrendous state of the workmanship not to mention that the boiler does not actually work on any programmer known to man. They have lost the key to the actual boiler cupboard so there is also no way I can manually adjust the temperature. In these days of rapidly rising inflation Banner Plumbing thought I was rich enough to just let them turn the boiler on (the boiler is actually outside I will add at this point) and just leave it running 24/7 whether the property was occupied or not. HANDS UP ALL THOSE OF YOU WHO CAN AFFORD TO BURN EXPENSIVE OIL ON THAT BASIS FOR WHAT IS NOW THE SIXTH DAY. I have many snapshots of the unbelievable state of the pipework the safety issues that could case harm to both myself and my grandchildren and the disgusting state of the patio my carpets etc after they ran out of my property (they did not even go round my home checking that all the radiators were working and did not need adjusting or bleeding). when they could not get it working leaving me supposedly to deal with the company who make the missing /broken part (sorry I can not be more detailed here but I do not have a clue what it is and what it does) so a fat use it would be me taking to the manufacturers.

Anyone who is thinking of using this company, if they contact trust pilot I will allow them to pass on to you a spare email address where you can contact me and I will forward to you the photographs I have taken so you can, if you wish, use them to make an informed decision.

We phoned Banner to request a quotation. The gentleman came out, exactly as agreed, and bang on the agreed time. He looked at the jobs professionally and knowledgeably and was extremely helpful and polite. Unfortunately, his quotation was higher than we could afford and so we declined. However, I feel sure that he would have done a very competent and thorough job. The only reason I haven't given five stars was because we didn't pursue the quotation.

Oleh was punctual, very tidy and efficient, and explained perfectly exactly what was involved in installing the new boiler. We would not hesitate in recommending him to friends and family.

New Installation
External oil fired combination boiler & fuel tank, underfloor heating and central heating radiators upstairs. All the work and commissioning carried out expertly and efficiently for a very old and what was a cold home. Not any longer.

Ollie has serviced my Vaillant combi boiler a number of times and I have always found him very knowledgable, courteous and efficient. He has even helped me with advice on a new boiler for my proposed new home. Top class.

Banner Plumbing have always given an excellent service. They come out at short notice when promised and all work was to a good standard. The only negative would be their rates are on the high side and no discounts are given for having more than one boiler serviced at the same time.

Arrives on time, does a decent job and charges fairly - what more could you want?

Honest, trustworty, pleasant and knowlegable. What more could anyone want?!
