The bank app is not reliable for…

The bank app is not reliable for tracking your purchases. You will look and it will seem as if you have money, but then overnight, a purchase from a week ago that was never pending shows to have posted along with however many nsf charges can be added. When trying to close my accounts over this, the officer I had to talk to was quite rude. They've charged me so many times because of their app issue and sometimes I've gotten them removed and she made a rude comment. She didn't try to be courteous in demeaner even though I had been perfectly civil.

Website feels outdated

Takes awhile to show payment changes which can make it hard to know how much funds I have left. Other than that it's a decent website for an ok bank.
