One of the very worst companies I have come across… avoid at all cost

If I could could give no stars I would!!! This company should not be allowed to trade. They harass vulnerable people causing them stress and hardship. They first contacted me back in 2020 and have been doing so every 2 years demanding payment even though I declined their offer on more than one occasion. They never reply to emails and there's no point trying to contact them by phone. My advice is to never deal with them.

They are absolute con artists they do nothing and then threaten you with legal action saying they have confirmation that you cancelled their contract and never sent any evidence . It went on for years and caused me so much distress . I have only just finished paying them off . They should be ashamed of themselves they are an absolute disgrace !!

I could try and help. I've been campaigning against Bank Smart for years. The FCA have actually recently banned them from pursuing so-called 'debts'. If you post on the LegalBeagles help forum in the Claims Management section I'll see if I can help.

They're threatening me with court action, again! Anyone know how to deal with them? Ive been harassed by them for 20 years!!!

This company is fraudulent, I asked them for help about 6 years ago and heard nothing!!! Now they are demanding money from me and have passed my details on to a debt management company, i have no way of contacting them to solve this issue, do not use them

Don't not use. They will give you stress. I used them to find out if I was owed any money. They keep asking for any proof of money that is owed. If I had proof I would have done it myself. They are supposed to be able to find out if anything is owed. Also if
You did use them send any documents, paper work back recorded delivery. The amount of times they have said they haven't received the document or they didn't arrive by the time they wanted it was unbelievable. They tried to charge me on a number of occasions because of late or missing documents. Do not pay them anything. One they can't do anything about it and I have proof I sent the required documents. Wish I had never heard of them.

This company are scammers told me I would be charged just 25% if case was won it wasn’t so they are trying to charge me for bogus calls and letters.

Do not use this company.. disgusting con artists! You enquire and your charged a fee and bombarded with debt collectors harassing you! No way of getting hold of anyone as conveniently they have no contact only a email. Avoid this horrendus company...scam artists

Nightmare of a company don’t communicate, send bills for money on work they don’t do scammers, i have claims upheld with money owing to me I will be reporting them the the financial ombudsman absolute con

I am having an absolute nightmare with this company
They cannot prove that my PPI refund was through them.
Never received any letters or emails to say the claim had been successful
Now suddenly saying I have refused to answer non existent demands to settle my invoice
Only had demands in the last few weeks
The emails are threatening & the amount they say I owe is somehow increasing by 100% per week
Only just checked on this website & am totally horrified

Avoid thesse scammers they are 2 brothers called Simon/ smart who are crooks they have been chasing me since 2009 for money .over the years they have threatened me with court action I have told them on numouros occassions ok go on then the last time was over 2 years ago I begged them to take me to court .I pleaded I wanted this to stop and if. Ccourt action was the only option just have to be .still waiting and I still receive letters from mil Cole toons .I revived a phone call from mil .and told them the same 3 weeks ago that I am willing even to go to jail as along as the smart brothers be jailed as well .I told them I will never pay banksmart a penny my wife and I are pensoinerd now
