Bought HS100 with some manufacture issue that makes some strange some from left headphone.
Broken from day one and still waiting after two weeks from store testing and sending for repair. Just awful experience.

B&O products are a thing of beauty and over the years I have had TVs, CD Players, Speakers (hardwired & bluetooth) house phones, and even a mobile phone! Our last purchase was Elipse TV and sadly, having just gone out of the warranty, a pixel has blown. I cannot help but feel somewhat disappointed because I expected better from such a high quality product, and it is going to cost a considerable amount to repair; there was even a suggestion that we consider replacing the TV. My point here is that I was not aware the TV only has a 3 Year warranty, and as far as I am aware, there is no way of paying to extend the warranty either.

B&O Beosound A5
I just bought the product - and the sound is GREAT.
The physical product is definitely a top product.
But the software APP to control the device - is simply too bad. I'm a computer scientist myself - and I can't figure out how to use the APP.
Features are lacking documentation - and not self explaining. It feels like an OLD APP - that lacks on every point.
I can not recommend the product - which is a strange experience since the physical product is really great.
It surplices me that B&O still hasn't figured out that connectivity and "ease of use" is essential for portable devices.

I’ve gotten a b&o A1gen2 as a gift 9 months ago , i loved the high end product so much but the usb port broke and went inside, cause it was a gift i was planning on pay for repairing it in the Dubai Show room and their first diagnosis was the usb port went inside after couple of days they’ve send me this :
“We received your Beosound A1 2nd gen pink job no: TDM/00905- with USB C pin charger broken inside the speaker and grill cover with scratches and we are sorry to inform you that after checking the Mainboard is physical damaged not cover in the warranty and not repairable and parts not available in Denmark we will send back to Dubai mall showroom your speaker once they receive showroom will update you for the collection.”
Due to this experience i would reconsider buying a BMW in case of buying another one after having a problem with its sounding system!

I own 2 a9 speakers, 3 generations of ear buds and 2 a5s and an a1. Over the years I’ve used b and o support . From tech to support to - most importantly- fidelity, the experience has been beautiful and gratifying. Moreover B and O’s commitment to evolving the app is world class - from both a service-hardware and software check perspective and also the provision of additional features like world radio stations.

To Bang & Olufsen:
I have posted the following on the Trustpilot page of Mr Steve MARRIOTT of SoundsHeavely.com. I have ‘tied together’ both he and your company as he makes it widely known on his YouTube videos that he and you are both strongly connected, performing regularly sorts of ambassadorial tasks for you. As his representative therefore, I feel it in your own interest to know what’s been going on:
" TITLE : Mr Steve MARRIOTT – the man with the fastest delete button in the west...
Mr Steve MARRIOTT of Soundsheavenly.com allows no words on his YouTube account be said – under action of being quickly deleted – about Bang & Olufsen, the Danish manufacturer of hi-fi and video products, other than that which he himself deems “good” and “positive” for the company’s future well-being.
No bad – or, in his eyes, seemingly anything less than glowing viewpoints – are allowed by Mr MARRIOTT. It seems that his lifelong ambition is to strike out readily any personal perspective which may do Bang & Olufsen – in his eyes - any disservice.
In his YouTube videos he states categorically that he is under no contractual obligation with Bang & Olufsen, yet seems to delight in deleting immediately any viewpoint – constructive or otherwise - which he deems “unsuitable” in benefiting that company. At least that’s the way it seems to me and others by his recent cull of my YouTube comments.
Wikipedia definition of YouTube:
“YouTube is an American social media and online video sharing platform owned by Google.”
Perhaps Mr MARRIOTT – as arbiter of Bang & Olufsen’s public stance, together with his ‘Bang & Olufsen protective’ philosophy - could comment just why he sees fit, able, ready & (very) willing to delete anything of mine said on his YouTube channel when I asked for his help and comments in good faith, trusting his judgment. I may be wrong, but I believed YouTube to be a social media site (see Wikipedia definition above) open to anyone's constructive criticism? Mr Marriott perhaps sees his YouTube page as his own personal property where only he can be judge, jury and executioner for anything said about Bang & Olufsen with which he himself disagrees.
Wikipedia definition of ‘social media’:
“Social media are interactive technologies that facilitate the creation, sharing and aggregation of content amongst virtual communities and networks.” They go on to say that social media sites contain: “User-generated content such as text posts or comments, digital photos or videos, and data generated through online interactions.”
I’m raising this matter here as I have very strong and valid arguments about Bang & Olufsen’s ongoing policy of producing extremely bad software for their products which brings to an end products’ lives much quicker than the customer had originally envisioned. I raised these personal views on Mr MARRIOTT’s YouTube page, and it is his very bad grace that I am raising an issue with here. He refuses to answer or indeed comment on anything that I have publicly said – and gleefully expunges it with the swipe of his trusty delete button.
I have to point out here that nothing rude, personal, abusive or churlish was said in my original (now deleted by Mr MARRIOTT) YouTube posts. Copies may be requested which I can forward on to any interested parties. "

I feel that the quality you pay for on a beolit 20 could be a better sound quality on the bass lines and the app needs improvements for the sound quality....I took into the factor of this company making speakers since 1925
Thie sound could be improved

Very poor experience as I have yet to receive my product after a month.
I bought the item almost a month ago and tracking is showing as in the warehouse for the past two weeks
Wish I used Amazon to buy the same item

Disappointed with B&O Customer Service
I recently purchased a B&O Beosound A5 speaker for around £1,000 from a large UK department store. Unfortunately, when the speaker arrived, it was missing a UK plug. Instead, the box contained something called a "switch adapter," which I couldn’t figure out how to use.
I contacted B&O customer service, hoping for help. They asked a few questions and requested photos of the switch adapter, which I promptly provided. A few days later, I received a response that left me baffled: "We are very happy to help, please speak with the retailer in the first instance."
This response was not only ironic but entirely unhelpful. Despite claiming they were "happy to help," they refused to address the issue directly and instead shifted responsibility to the retailer. Given that the retailer is a large department store chain, the chances of finding someone there who could resolve a detailed query about a missing part were slim to none.
After further investigation, I discovered that the switch adapter was only part of the power connection and that another piece, essential for fitting the UK plug, was missing. This part should have been included by B&O during manufacturing and packaging—it wasn’t the retailer’s responsibility.
All B&O needed to do was post me the missing part, which would have cost them just a few pounds. Instead, they chose to pass the buck. Frustrated by the lack of support, I returned the product and resolved never to buy B&O again, despite owning two of their televisions already.
For a premium brand, this level of customer service is unacceptable. B&O seriously needs to improve their after-sales care. I expected better from a company that prides itself on quality and innovation.

The whole process was easy from ordering the new speakers to the information to Setup. They kept me informed and the actual new speakers arrived earlier than expected. The sound is absolutely amazing.

Well made headphones but that's about all. They sounded average at best but the problem was they are so low in volume you could wear them in church. Had my phone on very high just to hear them.My bose and Sony are better at half the price

Beautiful piece of equipment - sound quality is excellent however we cannot get it to connect to our WiFi - we have boosters around the house and the best BT set up which works on all our other equipment- but sadly not on our Beosound Balance - at £2700 I would expect this to connect easily. It does connect to Bluetooth.

Comprehensive guidance and support from a very friendly staff in store (Hannover). Never let you down with an issue. Profound knowledge finding best technical solutions for you/your home. Help in set up and testing is key for me: I am not so much in technical details, having endless questions on the handling. Earphones H100 I tested in a real-live video call on shop, to see how (easy) it works. Great shopping experience there!
