Scammers

Scammers. They stole over $7,000 from me.
I pay more than 20 euros per month for bandlab distribution. Which is also much more expensive than others.
I have made $7,900.58 from streaming platforms. But they keep my money for themselves. They never paid me and don't respond to my messages.

Bandlab made music democratic for real

Bandlab made music democratic for real. You get everything you need to kick off your music career with no charge. The paid features then make BandLab and Studio a great package for music creation from start to distribution. Worth giving a try!

Do not buy a subscription or boost from Bandlab

I want to preface my complaint with my sentiments about the bandlab app. The app is free and it's a great tool for songwriters. My WARNING TO POTENTIAL USERS OF THEIR BOOST SERVICE FOLLOWS:
On May 29th I purchased a 5 day $100 boost for a newly released track of mine, titled "Right Track." My campaign was initially very successful, garnering almost half of the promised views in the first day and pretty near the expected amount of plays and likes. For the following 4 days my stat sheet didn't change at all. When the campaign was minutes away from closing the views number changed to reflect just over the number they promised me for my money. ALL OF THE OTHER STATS REMAINED THE SAME AS THEY WERE FEOM THE FIRST DAY. I can include a graphic to illustrate better. In conclusion my advice to potential users of the boost service is DO NOT PAY TO BOOST YOUR SUBMISSION. I was clearly cheated out of what I paid for and they refused to acknowledge my request for a partial refund and obviously falsified the number of views at the end of my campaign. I hate to write this review about Bandlab because the app is a wonderful tool for musicians and the social portion of the website and app is great for listeners who want to hear new music by new artists. Paying extra for a subscription or any boost related offerings is NOT ADVISABLE.

Do not use bandlab for distributing You…

Do not use bandlab for distributing You know what Don't even use them period They're lazy And I mean no real lazy These people are lazy losers They've implemented AI everywhere in their program in their site in their whole entire business company instead of actually interacting and talking to you users they've gone the way of AI that literally falsely bans you from their service falsely takes down comments for bullying that we're not bullying falsely flagging your songs that are for distributing as not yours or your names for your song They don't like it so therefore they won't post it or your album art If they don't like it they argue with you and they don't want to release it This is all because they're using AI because bandlab is too lazy to get off their butts and do the job themselves but they'll actually go after you real quick if you are call them out and try to expose them for the frauds they are every time I try to release a song through their distributing 2 weeks I fight with them through email thinking I've been talking to a human but it's just AAI and AI that literally reviews music they can't listen to music so how are they reviewing it how are they doing that How are they supposed to claim the songs not yours when they can't even listen to it or there's something wrong with your title They can't see any of this stuff This is how bad it is in the music industry now that now companies are using AI instead of actually interacting with your customers and I will not get money to a company that does that

Best Mobile DAW, Amazing pc DAW.

i have recorded more 3 Albums and songs using bandlab. i started as a complete novice but I make professional songs on the mobile and PC web version now. for those complaining, yes , it takes some getting used to. But its so simple and powerful and you'll see if you are patient with it. BTW, I only record, mix , master. i don't make beats but I know people who make amazing beats too on bandlab too. Also , I'm considering using their premium services too . Let’s see how it goes for the first month.

It's Free & gave it a go but it's…

It's Free & gave it a go but it's horrible. Full of bugs & glitches. If you have selected a Piano then decide to change to strings, it will stick on the piano. When i selected FX another U.I. pops up but decided against these FX but couldnt get rid of the FX PopUp & had to EXIT whole project without saving. Better off buying a PC & Using Cubase. There's nothing intuitive about layout. I felt completely lost & the instruments are very basic. I cannot imagine a professional piece of music being produced using this.

The membership

I'm not a fan of the membership type of thing but I am a fan of getting the music I create out there in the real world. However, I find something very odd: Others have stated that it's not good enough(those who have rated it two stars) Others who have rated it 5 stars say it's good but then again those who have rated it one star say it's a scam, that it's a complete mess—knowing that the music they release is not available at Spotify or other stores. I still upload my music on the app but i distrust the membership.

Bandlab

I have been using bandlab for a while and it has gradually become worse. Recently it has been deleting certain tracks from a project with no explanation other than 'it was in an audio track' even if it wasn't. This doesn't mean that it is a bad app, but it isn't necessary that good. I do still use bandlab but I have started to use it less and less.
I hope that eventually this problem will be fixed soon.

Not good enough...

Hi everyone!

Today I tried this app and found that it is not good enough for me specially, firstly the user interface is not friendly, I didn't even find how to add reverb and equalize my own sounds, secondly it's system requirements, my Mac is laggy when I work on some projects....So I decide to switch the daw. IMO Amped Studio is the best product.

very good software

I found the website good because it is easy for a user to get a start at making music with a wide range of loops for anyone who cannot afford an instrument but want to compose music. its is also a free alternative to apples logic pro which requires a subscription, all you have to do is set up an account.

Nonexistent customer service

I posted this review of Zire, a music promotion company that is an affiliate of BandLab Technologies. Since BandLab collected my money and Zire provided no service, it’s appropriate to post this here as well,

Nonexistent customer service. Had to stop a campaign after it started because of a minor issue which should have been easily fixable. Customer service didn’t respond to numerous queries. Zire, aka BandLab, did refund my money—about three weeks later.

When I fixed the issue myself and restarted the campaign, BandLab cashed my money WITHIN A DAY and placed my campaign “Under Review,” a process which is a formality and typically takes 1-2 business days to resolve. Eleven days later, the campaign still hasn’t started. I’ve sent three queries to customer service titled “Campaign hasn’t started,” “Please start campaign,” etc. No response.

I’m stopping payment with my credit card; I’m not going to bother contacting customer service again. Please avoid this company at all costs, whether it’s calling itself Zire or BandLab. Someone is there behind the scenes cashing money (rather quickly) for services sometimes rendered, partially rendered, or not rendered at all. Apparently, no one else works there aside from the money collectors.

I've used Bandlab and their Desktop daw, Cakewalk, for several years. By far the best free offering and rates up there with some mid tier paid offerings like StudioOne and Fl Studio. Not to the level of adobe audition or maybe Logic, but it's not for power users per se, and amazing powerful for the price.

Serious useful service

They are just a team who created a serious service for music. Don't like it? It's not their fault.

The only musical service i like.

Straight to the point.
