Failed to complete the work

They quoted for some work in November and turned up to start in February. After finishing some of the work and producing 2 invoices, which we paid promptly, they have failed to turn up to finish the work. When I chase them they say they are too busy to finish the work and don't know when they can come again. I cannot believe that the work they are doing now was ordered before November. We are now left with the tedious job of finding another company to finish the work.
