Not happy with this company
Not happy with this company. I received a bag as a gift and wanted to exchange it for a color that I’d use more. I tried to contact them but there is no phone number. When you use their contact form which says they’ll get back to you , they NEVER actually do. I’ve sent in multiple forms over the past 2.5 months and still haven’t received a single response. If you buy anything from this company you’d better love it as they do not provide any customer service whatsoever.

Our first reply was sent on November 25, and when we did not hear back, we followed up again on December 2. In both emails, we asked which bag or color you would like to exchange for, as we needed to confirm availability due to limited inventory.
As a small independent brand, we currently handle customer service exclusively by email to ensure every request is properly tracked and answered. Occasionally, replies can unfortunately land in spam or promotions folders, which may explain why our messages were not seen.

Good Customer Service--Again!
While the Aman wallet was left out of my shipment (in spite of the delivery notification saying that it had been delivered), the company was very responsive in correcting the error. Mistakes happen ( they are rare), oh, well, but this is a small operation without sophisticated infrastructure, and they are very good about working to keep their customers happy.

The red bag is beautiful.The colors are striking. Good contrast which is a must for me. It is larger than the other mini tote bags and has a strap if I need it. I wish there were more that size. I think they would be popular with Banda Babes due to the larger size.
It is reminiscent of my Naga Mini Weekender and they will look fabulous together!
