Fireclay's History Although Fine Fireclay and Vitreous China are closely related, there are distinct differences that are frequently overlooked when producing Fine Fireclay, which is generally processed exactly the same as the Vitreous China product in production units specialising in Vitreous China production when, in reality, various parts of the process must be changed to produce a world class piece of Fine Fireclay. Following a decline in the production of Fine Fireclay products as a result of many Vitreous China manufacturers closing down across Europe, our founders set out to create the best Fine Fireclay product possible with the goal of becoming world leaders in Fine Fireclay production. It means that we choose our partnered manufacturers based on quality and trust rather than price, ensuring our customers received the highest quality goods. The Finest Raw Materials Fireclay products are manufactured and moulded in-house. I did not receive what I ordered
I did not receive what I ordered. There was no update ss to when it was going to be delivered. I had to request a refund. As I paid via PayPal I managed to receive a full refund. I won't be using this company again.

Nice Unit
Lovely choice of bathroom vanities, just need to really pay attention to the description as some are d but misleading, I bought a vanity thinking it was complete with cistern & wc, but it didn't include either. Also don't deliver to the isle of Wight, so had to make other arrangements.

excellent service & good quality
ordered a bath panel which arrived just 2 work days after the order was placed! when it didn't fit the return process was very easy, too - the collection of the panel and delivery of the newly orderd panel in the correct size was scheduled to happen at the same time and also only took a 2 work day turnaround!
quick and easy to use services, items are of good quality, and with their 5year warranty balterley sets an amazing standard i now trust in - will definitely order from them again in the future!

my first order went missing and …
my first order went missing and when i did recieve my sink on 2 nd order it was bably damaged and i been fobbed of trying to get my new sink i and 76 years old and not good eith computrs im in the middle of having my kitchen rplaced and now i dont have a sink so i want rfund or new undamaged sink

Your communication skills are lacking and should be reviewed.
It has been left to me to find out what was happening with my delivery, otherwise I don't think I would still know what was happening concerning my package .

Service was excellent
Service was excellent. I was in a hurry and on a deadline. Balterley pushed my delivery forward which really helped.
The cooker I have bought looks terrific and 'fits' my kitchen . I have so far only used the hob (excellent) but will be using the oven later today. It is a v convenient size.
