Had a few issues with water temperature…
Had a few issues with water temperature and flickering hallway lights. Voit was amazing, he came and fixed them quickly and smoothly, explaining everything along the way. Super helpful and would 100% recommend for everyone else!

I recently had some issues in my flat, specifically with the air conditioning cooling system drainage as well as a leaking sink. Eddie was the engineer who came to address these issues, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided.
Eddie was absolutely amazing on both occasions. Not only did he quickly diagnose the issues, but he also resolved them efficiently and effectively. His workmanship is top-notch, and he made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving.
On top of being a skilled engineer, Eddie is also extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk to. It's always nice to have a professional who not only excels in their job but is also a great person.
I couldn't recommend Eddie highly enough. If you ever need any repair work done, ask for Eddie! 10 out of 10!

Eddie was great. We had issues with our electric towel racks, and hot water wasn’t coming out of one of our taps. Eddie fixed it all and left within half an hour!
Terrible experience, terrible service post acquisition
Hi,
I'm writing this review to warn people wanting to buy a property developed by Ballymore. I acquired my flat in 2020 and these are the two things I wish I knew before doing so.
1 Services charges are skyrocketing with absolutely no control whatsoever: Ballymore is constantly increasing costs with very little transparency. Once you bought the property you have no other choice but to get charged these huge increases. They would argue it's due to energy costs etc but the reality is services charges increase way more than only energy costs and the spends go into a lot of things that are not needed. In 3 years I have only heard about spending more and price increases and never about decisions they made to spend less or to streamline their managing activities (they wouldn't listen and have 0 interest in that)
2 Ballymore doesn't care about whatever issue you are facing. It turns out the master bedroom of my flat was right behind the elevator which causes sleep problems/ mental health issues to myself and my family due to the constant noise at night (yes I could have checked better but I guess these things happen and builder should be mindful of these type of situations in the first place). In 3 years they have conducted a lot of tests to prove the noise levels are not high (actually not a single report has a noise calculation on it). It was pretty clear that the solution was to add a layer of sound protection in the elevator (only at my level as this is where the machine is) which would have reduced the noise and our health problem. I've actually offered to pay in full for these adjustments. Ballymore is a company that doesn't listen and more importantly doesn't care about you, they could have fixed this in a month but they have fought every minute to prove it's all ok and they don't need to fix everything (they have actually spend more into dozens of pointless tests than what it would have costed to add the sound protection)
Overall the experience is terrible and I would really recommend to think twice before acquiring anything from Ballymore

I don’t usually leave a review but Konstas is exceptional. He is the receptionist in NPW Ontario Tower and he is very professional, cheerful and super helpful. He greets us everytime when we walk out the building with a good smile, and also when we enter the building , which is like a very warm Welcome to home.
His attitude is also appreciated, and he is always very polite, rather than some is being a bit cold sometime, but Kostas always tries his best to provide the info we need sometime , and even if he don’t know, he explains patiently and feeling sorry sincerely. His passion and professionalism makes me feel that the conceriage has become more reliable, and a place that I can (finally) goes to or willing to go to whenever I have questions or when there is issue with the flat.
He deserves to be recognised and Ballymore you need to hire more people like Kostas.

Thanks to Eddie who has fixed multiple issues around my flat with the bathroom sink, bathtub and cooling system. He’s very friendly and professional and he takes his time to make sure the problem is solved and leave not to leave you and say contact us again if the problem is not solved. The only downside with Ballymore Aftercare is that they can take time to arrange an engineer to visit your property to fix the issue.

Absolute rubbish of a company
This developer builds poorly constructed buildings with more issues than a 200-year-old council house. With these issues comes poor service and gaslighting that they are "investigating" them. We've had a loud droning noise coming from the risers next to our flat for over five weeks, and Ballymore has yet to fix it, telling us, "It's complex," "We're investigating it," with no end in sight. Unfortunately for the landlord, this apartment is not rentable until it's fixed because people simply can not live here. Ballymore is cheap, slow, and useless, but has good marketing.
Where are the real reviews?
All these reviews are from people who have just moved into (or bought as investment) a property. What is interesting is the amount of snagging faults, any property signed off should not require remedial work, especially in a prestigious block.
The other thing to note is that no one has yet addressed the service charges being hiked after a year. Ballymore are famous for this.
If you are now struggling to pay a vastly increased service charge from what you envisaged or have remedial building works not completed, list them here. Owners and tenants need to give the full picture of what this builder actually does.
