Received a broken watch

I bought a watch from this so called Swiss Made company and received it by post broken. I tried to contact the company several times through their website but had no luck. They have no phone number on the website nor partners. I received no responses. They have a policy that you can return the watch and get your money back within 7 days. Maybe that is the reason they do not respond. The fact is that I bought a watch and it is broken and nobody responds. At least a response from this so called Swiss Made company. I doubt this is a Swiss Made watch as I live in Switzerland and the customer services here for watches is very good.

After many emails and a few good weeks I received a new watch. The communication is very poor.
