Nice plants, well packed and delivered quickly

bought some plants which in my opinion where too young to be sold. they also where damaged in transit.

the bulbs i bought were also dried out and i doubt they will grow.

overall disappointed

Ordered a number of plants: sedums, creeping thyme & a selection of others. I was pleased with the speed of delivery and quality of plants. Will definitely order again from Balfour!

A nice plant was shipped as a normal item in a cardboard box with no markings of the top. As a result, many leaves were broken. Not acceptable for the price.

Terrible terrible terrible. I gave them 2 chances!
1) First time the rose I bought looked dead and even though I soaked & planted immediately with rhizomes has NO growth. The other plants were tiny and weak
2) this time seriously i wish i could share the pictures! Horrible tiny dead or dying specimens!! The only thing good were the phlox.
WASTE OF MONEY. 400 CHF!
3) shipping is at least 2 weeks!!! Not what they say on website

Total crap avoid!

Great eucalyptus plants to remind us of Australia. Timely packaging and timely delivery. Really appreciated.

Overall it was good, but not the best, i lost one of the plants due to packaging and processing and shipping took more than a week (not 2-3 working days). I'm not sure if i'll buy plants online without seeing them.

Delivery is fast and the plants arrived safely. The plants look healthy, but they are not the same as the pictures. The plants are young and leafless or having just a few leaves, while the pictures show mature plants. Baldur should have been mentioned that they send immature plants. Because it's pretty disappointing to receive them.

Very friendly staff and support and delivery is just perfect. Baldur-Garten is very professional. They also provide how to take care of the delivered plants with tips and tricks. The delivered plants looked very healthy and soil they were in was good and did not need urgent re-potting. Also no bugs and pest came with them.

Ordered 1 plant, arrived as described, however I felt it was wrapped an unnecessary amount of plastic.

However, every couple months they send me a HUGE amount of fliers, catalogues, and sales material in the post. It's been a year, I've emailed them multiple times to request they stop, but the junk mail keeps coming.

Update: I had to leave them a negative review here to get them to stop sending me spam mail.
