Issue with AXA
I had an issue with AXA which was taking them longer than expected to sort, which in turn was stressing me out as it might have meant me paying a considerable amount of money that I hadn’t accounted for. I called Freddy, the issue and he immediately contacted AXA on my behalf and had the problem sorted, in my favour, within half an hour. It was such a relief. I couldn’t recommend Freddy and Baker Hudson Health more highly.

Switch handled professionally.
The premium with our current insurer had become excessive and the company were able to find a better provider which met our requirements. Everything was carried out professionally and the validity of information was always confirmed.
