1 month so far with no working hvac

1 month so far with no working hvac. I would rethink getting hvac systems from Baker. I have been dealing with getting a replacement for a BRAND new unit for a month now. They replaced the condenser finally (after many new parts )but not the air handler. When their tech support was trying to “troubleshoot” what the issue was when BRAND new system didn’t work, they had the installer run a new line set creating holes in the side of our house unnecessarily and take coils out of NEW air handler. Neither were the issue.
Baker has refused to return and calls or email communications.
