Another visit to Baker Brothers after Tanya phoned me to say the watch I ordered was in stock! Having bought watches from them in the past and had watches serviced by their watchmaker I expected the service to be great, and as usual wasn't disappointed.
On the day we collected it we were looked after by Alexandra who did a great job of looking after us and answering any questions, with the usual excellent knowledge of the brand and their products.
They're always friendly and ready to help if they can.
No doubt we will be seeing them again.

I purchased one watch and ordered a second and the service provided by the team, and Kellie in particular, was exceptional. They were kind and welcoming throughout, very informative about the products and extremely helpful after sales service with fitting links and going through features of the watch.

Having searched the internet for Fope stockists, I purely by chance came across Baker & Baker. I was overseas which complicated things slightly but with the amazing help from Alexandra, I purchased my stunning bracelet with the help of photos in the box, on the wrist….i could not rate the service high enough and I received my bracelet, special delivery-absolutely thrilled not to mention the competitive price! Thank you Alexandra-professional and beyond helpful from start to finish!!!!

Despite being slightly nervous about having my wedding band removed after 46 years, the staff were very polite, reassuring and professional.
Alexandra skilfully cut through the ring, while putting me at ease in a friendly yet very professional manner.
She explained clearly what she was going to do and offered advice afterwards about possibly resizing the ring. In addition, she showed me some beautiful alternative wedding bands, which I am very tempted to consider once my swollen finger recovers!

Great customer service. I ordered an ex-display item online, which was exactly as described and in immaculate condition. Unfortunately I had a change of heart on the purchase and returned the item. The refund was processed swiftly with no issues. Great service throughout.

To mark my retirement and as a gift to myself I made the decision to buy a Rolex Explorer I . To get things started I made the appointment with Baker Brothers in Bedford who are an independent jeweller and an Rolex Authorised Dealer . My appointment was to view and try on the Explorer and discuss options. Good news and a good outcome is that I am now a proud owner of an Explorer. The watch is sublime, puts a smile on my face and is perfect for everyday wear . My experience with Baker Brother was top-drawer. My personal thanks to Kellie Blake and team for making the buying process feel incredibly special, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Just wanted to recommend the bespoke jewellery service from Baker Brothers. I had a necklace made from scratch using some spare diamonds from a bracelet that was adjusted for me. From start to finish, Lidi could not have been more helpful and took into account everything I wanted in her liaison with the goldsmith. The end result was stunning and I am so delighted with it. Thank you very much Lidi and to the goldsmith who made it!
