I originally bought my partner a bracelet and beads a couple of years ago as he loves their work , so I have just purchased 2 more beads from them to add to his bracelet. Mix up with delivery date which was a problem as it was a birthday present however they resolved same day making a personal delivery by car. Everyone makes mistakes now and again but it’s how you deal with them that counts. Fantastic customer service!
