Fantastic service and beautiful product! I bought this as a surprise birthday present for my husband and Adele and team went above and beyond helping me with the order process and even hand delivering the bracelet to me so it would arrive in time! Adele at Baileys was a pleasure to deal with, after checking with DHL and establishing my order was lost, she arranged a replacement order which arrived just in time for Christmas.
