I ordered 1 (thankfully only 1), cappuccino with oat milk for my friend. She took one sip and said it was absolutely disgusting. It was rancid. The oat milk was burnt. Sour. It was undrinkable.
The staff were rude inhospitable and resentful that I politely complained that the coffee was rancid undrinkable. I asked if they would please refund me for the terrible experience. They said there was no way to refund a customer. (We are in retail. You can always refund a customer). They proposed I choose a croissant or something instead. One of the staff was truly negative.
This was danish service at its worst. A reminder of times past, where the customer is always wrong.
My sincere recommendation. Avoid this place like the plague. A day/ an experience to forget.
AVOID. Stay away

bagt på Østerbro - looking good from outside but overpriced (four small pieces like a crumble, including one plain roll for over 100 DKK) and quality is average
I have been three times so far over a period of about 6 months and somehow I am always excited to go in but when it comes to eating the baked goods I always get somehow disappointed. some of the tartes and muffins are just too sugary and not in the good french way ...
maybe the bread is better?
